1. General Policy
- All payments made to HostGanga are prepaid.

Once a service has been activated, provisioned, or renewed,
the payment is final and non-refundable.

HostGanga does not provide any “money-back guarantee” or
“satisfaction guarantee” on hosting or server products.
2. No Refunds – Even If Not Satisfied
HostGanga does not offer refunds if a customer is not satisfied
with the service for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Website speed, uptime, or performance expectations
- Features or limitations of the selected plan
- Issues caused by user-installed scripts, themes, or plugins
- Misunderstanding of product details, limits, or pricing
- Change of mind after purchase or renewal
Before purchasing, customers are expected to read the plan details, limits,
and terms carefully and contact our sales/support team for any clarification.
3. Non-Refundable Products & Services
The following products and services are strictly non-refundable:
- Shared / Reseller Hosting
- Cloud Hosting
- VPS & Virtual Machines
- Dedicated Servers & Bare-metal Servers
- Domain Registration, Transfer, or Renewal
- SSL Certificates, Licenses, and Add-ons (e.g., cPanel, Imunify, Softaculous)
- IP addresses, CDN, Security, and Backup add-on services
- Any setup, migration, or one-time service fee
4. Service Cancellation (Without Refund)
You may request cancellation of any active service at any time via the client
panel or support ticket. However:
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused period.
- Prepaid amounts will not be adjusted to other services or invoices.
- Once cancelled or expired, data may be deleted permanently as per our data policy.
5. Billing Errors & Duplicate Payments
HostGanga may, at its sole discretion, process a refund or credit only in
the following limited cases:
- Duplicate payment of the same invoice due to a technical or gateway error.
- Wrong amount debited more than the invoice value due to a technical issue.

Payment successfully received, but service could not be provisioned at all
and customer does not wish to wait for manual resolution.
In such cases, customers must raise a support ticket within 7 days with
transaction proof. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment
method or as account credit, at HostGanga’s discretion.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting HostGanga support
may lead to immediate suspension or termination of all services.

If a chargeback is raised, any remaining hosting, domains, or services may be
cancelled without refund or recovery rights.
7. Policy Changes
HostGanga may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The latest
version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after
changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
